CAR TOP 12 Best Buys for 2007
Early in every year, the CAR test team selects its best buys in 12 large categories of the car market. To establish the winner in each segment, each member of the team votes for his/her top three models, based on four “Ps” – package, price, performance and personality – from which the outright winner and runners-up emerge.
