outfits to head the JD Power and Associates Service
Satisfaction Index Study. Volvo, Volkswagen, Renault
and Isuzu were among those who scored below the industry
average.
Based on owner responses, JD Power and Associates
Initial Quality Survey recognised Honda as the most
trouble-free marque within the first seven months of
ownership.
Renaults Clio III, which will be launched
in South Africa in June 2006, was voted the 2005 European
Car of the Year.
